Small jobs welcome

"GYE Express LLC did an excellent job installing our wood privacy fence. The project was completed on time, and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. Our new fence looks great and has added both privacy and value to our property. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality fencing services."

"Everything went smoothly.  Steven worked up artist renderings that would match the rest of the home architecture and then worked with me to make the most out of my budget.  The final staircase looks beautiful and no longer like a fire escape!  I highly recommend Steven and Smartworks!"

"I worked with Randy on a job in Columbus where there were metal panels to install. This job required some equipment to be fabricated up in certain areas to be able to install the panels. Randy was tasked with fabricating the equipment and did so in a very timely manner. The equipment was well constructed and performed above our expectations! Very good craftsmanship!"

Wrought Iron questions, answered by experts

A living snow fence acts much like a man made snow fence, but is a windbreak of trees, shrubs, and native grasses. It acts much like any snow fence as it controls how snow drifts and blows into specific areas. The plants that make up a living snow fence are often seen along ditches,  roads, farms and communities.

This depends on where you are placing the iron railing. If you are installing a railing along a staircase, it would be a good time to conduct any necessary repair or maintenance jobs to the staircase itself. If you are throwing the railing up surrounding a deck or porch, deal with any persistent issues with said deck or porch. If you or a loved one needs a bit of extra help getting in and out of your house, this could also be a good time to install a disability ramp.

Fence pickets typically face out (away from your home or the garden that you're enclosing). Both the rails and pickets sit on the outside of a fence so that anyone passing by can see the finished side. Not only does the look increase your curb appeal, but it's also the neighborly thing to do when placing a barrier between two properties, even when you're installing a privacy fence.

The most common type of metal fence today is one made of either steel or aluminum. These materials are relatively easy to fabricate, making them much more cost-effective than traditional metal fencing handmade from wrought iron. They’re also much lighter and easier to install, contributing to their affordability and making them more DIY-friendly.

You can buy wrought iron fencing from a trusted fence installation company near you. You could also opt to buy it privately from a homeowner who is interested in recycling their own wrought iron materials. Manufacturers stopped mass production of wrought iron as steel became more affordable to produce, so you likely won't find it in any local big box stores.
