Better than I thought possible, I can barely tell where the repaired areas are. He's truly a master of his craft and was so wonderful to work with! He was helpful in arranging shipping, gave me updates throughout the process, gave it a good cleaning, and was fairly priced. We couldn't be happier with how our rug turned out!
