"I had several companies come out to look at my whole house fan that has stopped working. They either refused to touch it or gave an estimate that was prohibitively expensive. Mosby not only found the motor and replaced it at a reasonable price (which included some machining), but also secured the boards around the attic access and reported an issue with a roof rafter. Very timely, professional, thorough, and reasonable. Would definitely hire again."

"Scheduling with Breeze was super simple and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. My technician was polite and was able to trouble shoot errors that a previous electrician made. I wish I had used them to begin with. The Generator was Installed in one afternoon too! As for pricing I thought they were average. "Ben saved a do it yourself project gone wrong. A leaking toilet in the bathroom rotted the subfloor and was damaging the ceiling of the room below. Ben removed the existing tile floor, flange and the damaged subfloor. Then repaired the subfloor, installed a new flange and creatively solved a plumbing issue, then laid new tile down. Finally, he reset the toilet and repair the ceiling in the room below. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for sure."
