Dave, our sales rep (and also one of the owners of the company) was great to work with. He personally came out to our house to see what we needed done and we discussed everything with him. He provided us a no pressure quote for new windows for our entire house, back porch and a new porch entry door, plus gutter guards as well. The installers did a great job as they did a complete tear out of our old windows and trim. It was a much needed improvement to our home

They were excellent . . . from Mark, who came out & gave us the estimate, to the team that did the work. The house & garage look great. They did the roof on our back deck also & they are the first company to finally get the leaking to stop. Over the 24 years we have lived here, we had 2 other companies replace the deck roof & assure us that it would not leak . . . it continued to leaked. Home Exteriors actually stopped all the leaks & the 2 system rolled roofing they applied looks spectacular. It blends right in with the house & garage. All the work was done in 1 day. We definitely recommend them. Five Stars all the way!!

I needed a new roof and new gutters for my house. I tried several other local roofing companies but either they did not show up for an estimate or after giving me an estimate they did not show up to do the work. With the Fall Season coming on, I needed someone to help me out before the Winter came. I checked Angie's list and called "Home Exteriors - The Window, Siding and Roofing Experts." One of their Sales Representatives, Gary, came to my house, wrote up a detailed Installment Contract with final price and he assured me his Roofing and Gutter Crews would be out to take care of my roof. I must admit, I had some doubts about them showing up, due the poor experiences I had with prior contractors. I received a call several weeks later letting me know that the Roofing Crew would start work on the coming Monday. I took some time off during lunch on that Monday to drive by my house to see how the work was going. I did not stop to speak with anyone, I just wanted to see how they were progressing. When I got to my house, I was amazed at the number of guys that were working and how efficient and organized they were. True professionals that really worked well together. I went back to work and when I came home later in the evening, the equipment and supplies they needed to finish the job were neatly organized and the entire yard was cleaned up. When I came home on Tuesday, their work was done. The roof and flashing looked perfect and my entire property was cleaned up, no debris anywhere. The technicians that installed the gutters came several days later. They took off the old gutters and installed seamless gutters in a couple of hours. The work was done quickly, everything looks even, no leaks, perfect!!! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a replacement roof. From start to finish everything was top notch

HE replaced my roof, skylight and gutters in the fall of 2019. I've now weathered winter and spring with absolutely no problems. They were professional and worked with me on adding a solar tunnel in the bathroom and a vent cap so I could have a range hood vented thru the roof. The crew of 4-5 people got the job done within a week, even with a rain delay! I got 3 estimates for the job and sought the input of my insurance agent. HE's written estimate was comprehensive in the work to be done, and the cost. The other two lumped everything together; one told me he would do the job, no written specifics, for whatever the insurance company would pay. I gladly recommend the services of Home Exteriors. I will use them should i need other services they provide

They're pros and I feel comfortable with every worker then have sent to my house, and they always take pride in their work. The owner Gary M. was great to work with...called him and he was at my house the next day. No pressure, just fair and honest. You can tell within a few minutes if you are going like a saleman's tactics as I had 5 prices from the big window companies. His prices were a lot less than the big companies and I got a better window. About 8 weeks later the installers were at my house...installation is just as important as the quality of the windows and these three guys were a well-oiled machine...meticulous and detailed. The one installer said he has been installing windows for Home Exteriors for 31 years, which made me fell at ease. That was the summer of 2018...now 2 years later we still love our windows and would recommend you get a price from Home Exteriors...it will be worth a call

If 10 is an excellent rating, I'd give them a 20. From our very first meeting, to the last scrap being removed, everything went better than I had expected. My home is quite old and had several "challenges". Tony (the installer) was a perfectionist and managed to conquer them all. He was very diligent & professional. Mark (co- owner) stopped by several times, just to check that things were going well. I never felt any insecurity about how it would turn out. I was confident that if I did have an issue (which I didn't), it would be dealt with immediately. After having other home projects done in the past and not getting the results I was hoping for, I couldn't be happier or more satisfied that I used Home Exteriors. If I have any future projects for a service that they provide, I will DEFINITELY be using them again

"The window job at my house was going to be huge. It was a window that was approximately 5 ft x 7ft. It was located above a door and transom and was not going to be easy. My wife and I searched around looking for the right company to do the job. I thought I had them but they canceled three scheduled dates. Then backed out claiming the leaking of my window was to risky of there being water damaged for them to take responsibility for. Thanks, Window World. When we searched around again. I paid more attention to customer reviews and Solar Windows rated very high and customer write ups were good. When Mark Capitoni the salesman came to our house the pressure was not there like the other companies that came to our house for customer quotes. So, we went with Solar Windows. I was contacted the night before letting me know when the crew would be there. A crew of five guys arrived on time. They all very friendly and they explained how the job was going to be done. "I had several small to medium areas that need painting after some water damage. The estimate provided gave me options I had not considered due to potential color match issues. The estimate enabled me to make a decision on the extent of the re-paint based on how the color match looked the day of the work. This was a great option. It just shows how they provide experience to ensure a great end result. The painters were friendly and took care to cover and protect the areas around the painting. The end result was a great paint job. In particular, the paint application on the trim was applied with minimal/no brush marks visible. This makes for a fantastic look.

"Callahan painting did a great job at a fair price. Jim responded quickly after my initial contact and provided a competitive price. He was able to schedule very soon which made me a little nervous as other painters had much longer waits. My apprehension quickly disappeared as Jim and Ronaldo showed up promptly on the day scheduled to start. Jim reviewed all details with Ronaldo, and he started without delay. During this walk through I added two closet ceilings and one corner repair that Jim spotted. (There was a small additional cost for these but reasonable). Ronaldo was very thorough and professional in every aspect of this job. He covered all floors and furnishings including several large plants. We did not find a drop of paint or even the smallest splatter from the roller after the job was completed. Several repairs required multiple mud coats and sanding, but we never noticed any dust. All repairs were very well done. Cracks were cleaned out and secured with screws before mud to prevent future resurfacing and the finish matched so well you could not detect these. Ronaldo worked 9 - 10 hours / day and took very short lunch breaks; cleaned up thoroughly every night before he left and our evening routine was normal (like no painting was in progress). Truly professional, awesome job. Would definitely use Callahan again and highly recommend to all.

Their pricing was competitive, responsiveness to texts, emails and calls was phenomenal, and their timeliness and professionalism was top notch. From quote to completion the job (complete tear off and new roof, plus demolition of a facade brick chimney and replacement with exhaust stack) the job was done in under three weeks. "The job went very well. The workers found several boards that were in bad shape and replaced them before completing the roof. The only problem, and it was minor, was that they damaged one of dad's bushes somehow during the work. I put N/A on the price because we had nothing to compare it to. Dad did not get any other estimates, so we really have no way to judge if this company's price was good or not.
