"I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The Wind Bender Mechanical team did a fantastic job, from diagnosing the problem with the old AC unit, giving me my options on repair or replacement, assisting with financing for a new system, and the installation. Candy was extremely helpful, and was able to get someone out the day after I spoke to her. Bob, the service technician, was fantastic for both the diagnosis and the installation. He spent extra time on the diagnosis, making sure that all I knew all of my options. When he came back to install the new system, he made sure that everything was working properly before he left, and when he realized that a part on the new system was defective, offered to come back the next day with the new part, on a Saturday, to make sure he finished the job properly. He was professional, showed up on time all three days, and took care of the issue, working straight through and even braving the storms on Saturday to finish as quickly as possible. In addition, he detected a gas leak on my furnace, a leak that I had no idea about and could have been very costly. He turned off the gas, reported the leak to the home warranty company and to Candy, who called me on Saturday afternoon to assure me that she would get someone out on Monday to fix that problem! I am extremely impressed with Wind Bender Mechanical and will definitely use them again (I’ve already sent in the work order for them to repair the gas leak) and will recommend them to all of my friends and family."
