"Our only toilet in the house was clogged. But not in the toilet it was way down in the line somewhere. I called several plumbers and no one could get to it till after the weekend. It was after hours and I called George's drain left a message and he called me right back. After explaining to him that was the only toilet we had he legitimately seemed like he cared and said that he would be on his way. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Very polite very courteous great attitude. It was quite the job he wasn't able to reach the clog with the normal stuff so it had to bring in the big guns. He had to take out our whole toilet and it's not a normal toilet but he did it I told him just break it and he didn't want to do that. He was here till about 9:30 at night. It took several hours but he did not give up and he fixed it and now it's working great and gave me a 30-day warranty and a call back the next day to see if everything was still okay. This guy is A+++ I would recommend to anybody."

"Amazing service. Jason was here the next morning and worked on the shower drain that was filled with grout from a tile contractor. Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job.
