"THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO A "F" REVIEW I LEFT ON 06/22/20 WHICH SHOULD BE IGNORED. Note: SEE MY REVIEW AT THE END OF HOW ANGIES LIST DIDNOT HANDLE THIS PROBLEM!!! The owner of B-DRY came out and inspected my complaint and offered to dig up the outside of the basement wall and completely waterproof the wall and repair some new cracks at no charge due to the problems and aggravation I had gone through, and this is above and beyond what most companies would offer to do. The person that they had done the work for was a cheapskate female flipper that restored my entire house in the cheapest manner she could, and refused to stand behind her work, and when it came to properly waterproofing the basement, she chose the cheapest way to try and resolve her problem with this contractor which is why I have problems now. Being a business owner, I would have done the same thing as the owner of this company in order to resolve my problem, and it is greatly appreciated. ON THE OTHER HAND, I have tried to remove this review multiple time by phone and on my own through per the instructions of Brad from Customer Service, and this review has still to be deleted. In speaking with Brad, he stated he would call me first thing in the morning to make sure the review was deleted but he never did, and instead send me a email with 2 buttons that gave me options to do if the problem was resolved, and then if not. In my opinion, ANGIES LIST GET'S A BIG "F" FOR THERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE!show more

"Very happy with the repairs on our 99 year old basement foundation. All four walls were excavated, repaired and waterproofed. New drain piping, downspouts and an outdoor sump pump was installed on time and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Nick's crew was hardworking, courteous and professional. They left our home in great shape. Nick is personable, knowledgable but most importantly fair and HONEST! There were no surprises. "I couldn't be more pleased with the services that I received from Ohio State Waterproofing. It really started from the beginning. When I called to schedule an appointment the scheduler was very professional and asked meaningful questions about my project, and also spent time to go over their Covid protocols which really put me at ease. Then the project estimator was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the different options I had to address the issues that were in my basement (cracking walls, water on the floor, straining on the walls). I ended up going with their multi step system and couldn't be happier. They also made the financing options easy by providing me with options to use different lenders. The crew that did the installation was very professional. They were very careful to adhere to Covid protocols while they were working here. During each step of the process they walked me through what they were doing and asked me if I was satisfied with what they were doing. The best thing I could say about the crew is that they kept my house clean during the entire project. That was very important to me because I have a toddler son and have another one on the way. I now have a beautiful water free basement that I have partially finished and made into a playroom for my toddler. The old adage of you get what you pay for was certainly true in this case.show more

"Klink provided slab jacking of a great room which was a 2004 addition onto our 1979 slab home, erected prior to our purchase of the home. Inspection by an independent structural engineer last November confirmed that the floor had begun to settle as the original foundation fill had further compacted over the past ~20 years. Klink inspected underground drain tiles to ensure none had been crushed or broken with water infiltrating the foundation (none found). Even with no problem with drainage, Klink also upgraded the drains and added a cleanout which was not originally constructed, and poured new concrete after completing the excavation. As an added project while they were here, they did concrete work at the front of the house: replacing a front step which was installed over the original and was crumbling, and replacing four panels of the driveway to restore the driveway flush to the garage floor. It's difficult to find a contractor as attentive to every detail and as thorough on all aspects as Klink. Bill handled all of the city paperwork and inspection and the team documented the progress with photographs for future reference, as well as patiently answering all questions and carefully explaining what was needed. Klink are well-known for their decades of quality work and are in very high demand, particularly for emergency jobs like flooding. We had to wait about nine months from signing (late December) until project could begin (early September), especially with the high volume of emergency projects they were called to do this year, but our project was not urgent and we did not want to do it during winter or spring rains anyway. If you can be patient to stay on their waitlist for your project it will be well worth it. They're not only experts and totally thorough, but decent and enjoyable people as well. It was a pleasure to do business with them and get to know them and support a local family-owned company. And if you do get onto their waitlist: patience is appreciated and counts!show more
