Very satisfied with detailed explanation of what was needed and being given three choices of repairs, Work was completed in a timely fashion despite rainy weather.

Had a few hiccups but all is fine.

The guys worked hard and finished in one day. Did a good job.

Overall the project was finished and looks pretty nice. I think they were very poor at communicating since they would often tell me that someone was coming to do something and then nobody would show up. toward the end of the project they seemed to rush and it led to mistakes like leaving pipes in the floor that were carpeted over and around rather than fixing it correctly. The ceiling installer did not do a very good job planning the grid out, which led to a small 1 inch sliver on one side when small adjustments would have allowed for a full tile. in general though, the job got done and looks nice. it just took almost a year from start to finish.

The first project went well! The second project I had to keep calling back to get the job done! I requested an estimate the first part of June and the project wasn’t completed until September 5th!

I actually had my basement repaired walls had to be raised due to unusual settling, water proofed and and outside concrete raised. All employees were helpful and actually walked me through the process of what they were going to do. They had me inspect each day before they left and a final inspection when they were completed. They cleaned up each day before they left and then again after the work was completed. I am going to have them back in the spring of 2023 to complete more more. These folks are professional , considerate and go above and beyond.

Very expensive for such a small basement.

Extremely overpriced for a basement remodel. They wanted to charge us $36k to frame and put up drywall in an 800sqft basement. Price gouging at its best. My husband and I finished our own basement using the same materials and it cost us just under $13k.

Our house is 40-plus years old and we went from having water trickle in through the cinderblock every few years during extreme weather events to experiencing it after nearly every hard rain. One of our walls had begun to bow and it was time to do something about it. No one ever wants to waterproof their basement but our experience with The Basement Guys was nothing short of incredible. Tara was extremely helpful in explaining to us our financing options and, once that very simple procedure was done, a date was set for the work to start. Troy and Baxter showed up promptly as scheduled and immediately went to work. Our project took approximately 3 days and the guys went to great lengths to respect our home by protecting our floors leading to the basement, hanging plastic sheets to minimize dust and cleaning up at the end of each day. They kept us well-informed as the project progressed and involved us in any decisions that needed to be made along the way. Immediately upon the project's conclusion, we were able to clearly tell how much warmer and drier our basement was--no damp smell or anything. We had the work done in October 2020 and we have not seen ANY indications of water or other moisture since. Informative and in-depth explanation of options during our initial consultation, smooth financing process, timely scheduling, professional and courteous work and outstanding results--all at a reasonable price. We whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend The Basement Guys.

The job was just completed yesterday so I canâ t yet rate how the basement does when it rains, but I got great service from this company. The turn around from quote to completion was quick because a crew happened to be available. Kyle was the foreman on my job and both he and Matt were professional and courteous. Kyle even came back by himself on a Saturday in order to make sure the job got finished. Thank you gentlemen!

I hired the Basement Guys to install waterproofing with an inside drainage system and brite wall panels. The finished result is amazing, I couldn't be happier. Our 93 year old clay tile basement walls were moldy and gross, the whole basement smelled really bad and one wall bowed in a bit. Now the smell is totally gone and the walls a perfect, bright and clean. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Our foreman, Kyle was fantastic. Great communication and customer service, he went that extra mile they even cleaned up the basement when they were done. I would highly recommend Basement Guys for any project.

After shopping around for reliable waterproofing services, I chose The basement Guys after the referral of a friend and I could not have chosen better. From start, the scheduling process and responsiveness of the staff prior to the job and the inspection, to throughout the install with Kyle as my lead foremen, everything was extremely impressive and exceeded all of my expectations. My salesman, jeff M, was always a phone call away for whatever need I had and once the job was started, Kyle, my foreman, was as impressive as they come in his work. He spent ample time on the first day explaining every single thing that they'd be doing and he was so patient with every question of mine. The Basement Guys did an excellent job on waterproofing my basement. Kyle Bunner & his team completed the job within days. Kyle walked me through the details of what was being done throughout the process and answered all of my questions in detail. Kyle & his team took extra care of my home by covering everything in our basement for us, including our stairs and sealed off the basement from the rest of the house to help prevent the dust from spreading. Communication with Kyle was very clear and I greatly appreciate the detail that went into waterproofing my basement. I researched this company and hired them based off the reviews and they did not disappoint. The Basement Guys is an excellent company that I highly recommend!
