"Greg was fabulous. He repaired my lock, as well as other issues with the door. Very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond showing me what was wrong, what was repaired and how to maintain my doors/locks. I would use Random Hero Locksmith for future needs and I do recommend them."

"Frontpoint customer service was great. However, the product is self install, which wasn't for everyone. Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types.
