Gave us a quote and was paid $7,800 in October 2022 had excuses that we thought were legit and he stayed in contact till March 2023 when he was supposed to show up to start the jobs. Stopped answering calls and text from my husband and myself. He took our money and ran and is posting on social media him out at the bar. Sad you can't trust people anymore. Do not hire this man or his company."

We called Chris, set up an appointment for a quote. We found Chris to be professional, personable and knowledgeable. Because of storms that kept building on northeast Ohio, it took a few days longer than anticipated for installation. Chris and his crew showed up on time with a wonderful attitude and ready to work. When the installation was complete all work areas were clear of debris and any moving of outdoor furniture was placed back. Chris returned the next day to do a final inspection of his crew's work and address any last minute questions. I do not hesitate to recommend PRZ Builders to my family. They deserve 5 stars!"
