"Cornerstone Concrete was the subcontractor for Pulte Homes for our driveway. We have cracking and crumbling at every relief cut on the driveway after only 2 months of moving in/closing. Three issues have arisen. First, we have photographs demonstrating that the driveway was not cut within 3 days of being poured; the American Concrete Standards say that it should be cut within 24 hours. Second, for a 4 inch deep driveway (which is standard in Ohio), the cuts should be 1 inch deep. Our cuts are only 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep, which has caused the cracking and crumbling issues. Third, the apron is 12-14 feet in length and the maximum length is should be is 10 feet (again pursuant to the American Concrete Institute standards). "

CMG Painting is and has been built on QUALITY not quantity. We do quality jobs that last! We can also do home repairs to prep for your paint jobs. I can also, if needed, do a quick cheap paint job for those than can not afford much more than a color change. We pressure wash all houses before painting. We also pressure wash concrete and seal out the dirt, grime, fall leaves, ( that sit on the patio all winter long) that stain, with leaving your concrete dingy and stained for summer!
