First, the owner Rick came by to assess the job and gave me a reasonable estimate. Then, as scheduled, he returned to pull up the old sub-floor, and with his assistant Cheryl, they prepped the floor to receive the new tile. Cheryl took over then and meticulously laid the tile and applied the grout. The results are so beautiful--she's an artist! I'm planning one or two more jobs for them. They're terrific!

They did a great job. They had an adequate team so they could do the full install in one day. The thing I really noticed was their attention to detail. Every piece was cut perfectly, and it looks like it's always been there. It was perfectly installed.

Our carpet came in early and the company called us to ask if we wanted the job moved up, which we did. The installer did a good job. He was on time, polite, and professional and cleaned up after the work was complete. the carpet looks great and I would hire them again. Only to be honest I would not go through Lowe's ( where I bought the carpet) but would deal with them directly. They are much more responsive!

They were very good at installing the floor. Their measurement and square footage estimate which was the basis I paid on was not so good. They over estimated and therefore I paid more than I should have. A lot of wood was left over which I returned. But I also paid the labor cost based on the square foot estimate and that was not returned. Ten percent over is considered normal and I would have been okay with that amount. This was more. Note that Blue Horizon did the work as an installer for Lowes, where I bought the floor. Lowes should have made this right in my opinion.

The installation went just fine. The best part was Blue Horizon's cooperative attitude. We had just two days between the demolition of our two old bathrooms and the start of installation of the new stuff. Blue Horizon made the floor installation happen seamlessly within that small window.

Cheryl installed new tile in a bathroom. She did a pinwheel pattern w/ two different sized tiles on an L shaped floor. She did a wonderful job of laying the tiles so the pattern looks perfect. I could tell she really cared about doing a good job. She was also very neat. Blue Horizon also installed a new toilet after tiling. Their charge for this was and lt; 1/3 what Four Season's Plumbing quoted for the job and Rick did a great job. Seldom have we been so pleased with a company's work; they communicated well, showed up when they said they would, were respectful of the home, were neat, efficient and pleasant.

We feel fortunate that Blue Horizon was selected by the big box store to install our master bedroom and closet carpet. There was a significant problem with the carpet and Blue Horizon were responsive, timely, helpful and generally a bright spot it what be came a complicated purchase. They answered our questions, gave good advice, and were professional throughout.

Blue Horizon arrived on time; worked steadily and efficiently; were exceptionally friendly explaining what they were doing every step of the way. I was greatly impressed by them, so much so that when I have further improvement requirements, Blue Horizon gets the job. I should also add that the backsplash is absolutely beautiful thanks to their hard work.

we have used Blue Horizon on two occasions prior . floor tile in kitchen and back splsh in kitchen . this installation was as perfect as the first two. Zack and Paul arrived at 8:30 am on time . they moved and covered furniture ,they knew exactley what they were doing.they even went back to lowes to pick up a piece missing from the order. Rick even stopped by later in the day to lend a hand. the flooring instalation was completed and washed at 6:00 pm. This family group is the greatest. When I tile my bathrooms , guess who will be doing the job?

Remodeled kitchen, went through Lowes for counters and ceramic backsplash. Blue Horizon installed backsplash. Very professional, beautiful workmanship, outstanding communication before, during, and after installation. Had a minor issue after installation but owner came out promptly and fixed. Highly recommend.

. I purchased the laminate from Lowes on Tunnel Road. These were the installers that Lowes provided for the job. I can't say enough about their work. It was awesome. They were here within 5 minutes (early) of the time that they said. They moved the furniture out, cut and put down the flooring, cleaned up and moved the furniture back all in about 8 hours. It was perfect. I would highly recommend them.

Two years ago we bought a floor in Lowe's and we used them then, so we used them again for the backsplash. We were very happy with them. Overall they get an A. They came on time everyday. In fact, his sister, Sheryl, did all the work and she was fantastic. Excellent quality of work. The man talked an awful lot that got on our nerves after awhile but other than that they were good people. I will use them again in the future.
