I am a construction supervisor by profession but am only looking for small odd jobs for home or business owners. Handyman services as far as “one afternoon” jobs/chores. Furniture assembly , appliances, jungle gym erection. Minor electrical, plumbing and labor. Or basically any minor odd job that is within my skill level. I am honest, dependable, respectful, respectful of your home and property, ZERO misdemeanors or felony’s. "Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."
