"I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. It smells so much better they put a sanitizer which also keeps mold, mildew down you would want to have clean air in your home."

I think it is a co-op service providers to provide emergency service. They have set prices for everything.

$89 for diagnostic fee (even though we told him the model number and what was wrong) we were paying for someone to bring the part that was not available at the hardware store.

$156 for the repair, replace, and repair fee. He took the old one out and put the new one in. Nothing extra. Nothing more.

I would call them again for emergency service but check around if I had time. They returned our call within an hour and set an appointment time the next day (our preference).

We have had some repeats come to clean, but it is usually someone new. Consistent rewardless who is here. Love the quality for price and will continue to use them. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."
