"I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. I think it is a co-op service providers to provide emergency service. They have set prices for everything.

$89 for diagnostic fee (even though we told him the model number and what was wrong) we were paying for someone to bring the part that was not available at the hardware store.

$156 for the repair, replace, and repair fee. He took the old one out and put the new one in. Nothing extra. Nothing more.

I would call them again for emergency service but check around if I had time. They returned our call within an hour and set an appointment time the next day (our preference).
