VesCo Residential Cleaning is a Family Owned, Faith Based Service Provider and we deliver high quality cleaning results performed by professional cleaning personnel trained and disciplined in their trade. We are here to serve and not to judge! VesCo does not contract workers, our staff of W2'd employees report directly to VesCo ownership and have been trained to an acceptable level of performance and are able to deliver quality you can count on. We constantly work with our management and labor staff everyday to assure communication, consistency, quality and much more. All VesCo employees have a direct vested interest in your satisfaction and they believe in and accept the core values we have established for providing excellent service. At VesCo we promote a service driven culture by applying biblical principles so we can train hearts and minds to tend to the needs of others through our work ethic, attitude and the way we treat others. "Hello Customer, You hired us to clean a foreclosed home that has set vacant for quite some time. Although the upstairs may have been the cleanest, the house in general was a disgusting mess. This is not ment to be an insult but rather a factual description of the home. Prior to any work being done we disclosed our pricing, terms and conditions verbally and in writing. Our first crew of 2 spent 4.5 hours cleaning the home. After that first clean we had an additional 3 hours left to complete the clean. The next day you called to complain about how long it took our crew to get their work done and you called to complain about the price. You admitted that you didnt inspect the job personally and were going off of a couple of pictures sent to you by your contractor. So the very next day I sent a new team of 3, consisting of 2 managers and 1 technician. They were able to verify that some things in the home mentioned in your complaint was just so far gone they were not salvageable by cleaning. My new crew of 3 spent an additional 5 hours cleaning that home and you were charged zero dollars. We used 5 people for a total of 9.5 hours and you were only charged for 4.5 hours. At this point we are confident that we provided you with a level of service and accomodation that went far above and beyond the standard, superceding what this scenario actually deserved. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do but you are entitled to your opinion. We have no hard feelings and we wish you well. Jeremy Vesper"
"This particular customer signed our customer satisfaction form and graded us all A's on our grade sheet so I am not sure where we went wrong or why he didn't contact our office about his concerns. We are a family owned business focused on customer service and we go the extra mile for our customers everyday. If a customer has an issue please bring it to our attention and we will take care of it right away at no cost to the customer and with happy hearts and good attitudes. It really is that easy! "Mr. Hakes, We completely recognize that you are frustrated with the team that cleaned your home but we are still struggling to understand why? The team lead (Amber) reported that your life partner Kevin followed her as she cleaned, joked with her and her technician, raved about the job they were doing and you disappeared not to be seen again after your initial greeting. When the team completed their work, Amber asked Kevin where you were and he just rolled his eyes and said that he would take care of them. Kevin walked through the job site with Amber and was very pleased. He signed our customer satisfaction form, gave the team all A's on the grade sheet and then wrote them a check. During this departure process you were no where to be found. Amber has been with VesCo for many years and is a very selfless individual and she receives many customer requests to clean. I have never had an issue with her accountability and I have never had a reason to question her honesty. None of the problem areas that you mentioned in your review were brought to our attention during the walk through with Kevin and if anything was brought to our attention we would have been happy to re clean any area off the clock. So with no indication that there were any issues with the job the team left your home. It seems upon their departure is when you decided to contact our office via email and began an onslaught of job complaints, insults and threatening to, as you stated "lambaste VesCo online". Upon receiving your emails we made multiple attempts to contact you by phone so we could come back out and re clean what ever you wanted us to re clean at no cost. We have no problem being accountable and we are always willing to do what ever it takes to make our customers happy. But as you stated you would have nothing to do with us. To address your comments about our faith I must say, I do not recall ever discussing our faith with you as we are not in the evangelizing business. It never dawned on me to bring attention to the lifestyle that you choose to live because it is none of our business. We are a family owned Christian based business and our business is service. We are servants, we walk in love, grace, mercy, we walk in humility and we care about the people we serve. We are not here to judge. As it is written, 1 Corinthians Chapter 5 Verse 12, "For what have I to do with judging those also who are on the outside?" Our faith is the foundation of our business and it is why we do what we do and it is not very clear to us why you are making our faith an issue. It is always our goal to be a blessing to every customer we serve. We sleep well at night knowing that we are always willing to do what ever it takes to make our customers happy and we are willing to do the same thing for you! Per your acknowledgment we understand that we are the 3rd cleaning company you have went through in the past 30 days so we want to wish you well with your hunt and we hope you are able to"
