Our ducts were filthy, including blockages caused by mold and dust; they both worked diligently for hours to get them sparkling clean, including using a chemical to kill any remaining mold. One of the guys showed my husband an issue with our furnace (it was seated incorrectly when installed), and provided a temporary "fix". Hi! I am a chemical engineer specializing in industrial utilities by trade who enjoys fixing and building things in my free time. I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). I can install new appliances, but might need help lifting and setting the appliance (I do not dispose of old appliances). I also can repair kitchen stand mixers such as Kitchen aids (rebuild/regrease).

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It turns out a humidifier needed to be replaced.  They came back a few days later to install the humidifier and hook up a humidistat.  Airtron (who originally installed the system) did it completely wrong in the first place.  Nonetheless, Wells fixed it all and when it took longer than expected and they had to make a return visit they didn't charge me a dime more.

They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. This was all at his suggestion, which I appreciated. Overall, it turned out very well.
