"Jim did a beautiful job with our bathroom. He was very in tune with what we wanted and was extremely flexible when our minds were changed. He ran into some unexpected issues that he took care of. He took great care to do the job right with great detail. Jim is somewhat of a perfectionist, which is a good thing when you want a beautiful final product, but it did cause the job to take longer than expected. We will take the trade-off! Jim couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating."
