"May 15, 2020 Highly recommend! A great price for excellent work painting all wood trim, doors, gutters, downspouts, and shutters. A reputable, insured / bonded, A+ BBB, dependable, and professional with the right equipment (multiple ladders, tarps, PPE, and even a profession spray job for garage doors). Called and received a DETAILED quote within 1 business day. Painters were experienced (10+ years), not temp workers. Kind, courteous, and took the extra steps and "went the extra mile" to "delight" us as a customer. No wonder they are busy as a lot of their success is due to referrals from satisfied customers. Unbelievable; and would select in a heart beat. What they did; 1. Pressure washed first. 2. Thorough prep (scrap, sand, wood fill, sand, caulk, then caulk, then let it dry. 3. Set up ladders and laid down tarps 4. Meticulous painting to make the finish to "look as good as new". 5. Complete clean up. Big job, but they knocked it out in 3 consecutive days. "We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! They answered all my questions and were thorough with the quote process. Expectations were very clear each step of the way. The contractors were great. Had a small hiccup with installation and they were able to quickly problem solve to get the job done. They also vented the exhaust through an exterior wall and thankfully our existing cabinetry was able to be reinstalled for a seamless look.
