"Deck Renewal Systems delivered a beautiful, quality deck for our home! We are pleased with the outcome. The team was responsive, helped us to select a great material, was able to leverage existing framing (saved us money) and ensured the new deck was reinforced with updated support posts. They even flexed to accommodate our last minute decision to add a patio with another vendor so that the deck and patio worked together. The team was hard working and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend if you're looking to add a beautiful deck to your home!"

"Cleaned the vinyl siding, gutters, and doors on our cape cod house. He was efficient and thorough also a nice guy. House looks nice and clean. I would hire Cincy Premium Exterior again."

"So they finished with their cleaning and they werenâ t happy with the result. So they treated the roof again without even me asking. They definitely go above and beyond. You wonâ t be unhappy with the quality of their work!!"

"Dawson rocks! Him and his team were so kind and professional. I needed my garage done for a big event I?m hosting in less than two weeks, they came in and got it looking awesome with a week to spare! 10/10 recommend."

"Kyle was super attentive and engaged since our 1st contact, and once hired he always kept me informed of any development and/or issues, and was readily available for further discussions. His 2 crews were very good and thorough - we had some structural work to do (replacing posts and doing new footings underneath the sunroom), and his first crew not only did a fantastic job but also offered extra advice on how to improve the overall structure; then the deck crew (cleaning/painting) also showed great flexibility as we switched colors during the work and had to add a few repairs. Both crews were super respectful, punctual, and cleaned up really well after the work. By the way Kyle not only orchestrates the team, he also rolled up his sleeves and worked on site, which was great as he has very detailed oriented and noticed an issue that if left undetected would affect the deck's appearance. 2 thumbs up and totally recommend Realtor's choice!"

"They do a great job!"

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Installed gutter guards, cleaned gutters and made minor repairs. Wonderful experience friendly, professional, fantastic service"

"May 15, 2020 Highly recommend! A great price for excellent work painting all wood trim, doors, gutters, downspouts, and shutters. A reputable, insured / bonded, A+ BBB, dependable, and professional with the right equipment (multiple ladders, tarps, PPE, and even a profession spray job for garage doors). Called and received a DETAILED quote within 1 business day. Painters were experienced (10+ years), not temp workers. Kind, courteous, and took the extra steps and "went the extra mile" to "delight" us as a customer. No wonder they are busy as a lot of their success is due to referrals from satisfied customers. Unbelievable; and would select in a heart beat. What they did; 1. Pressure washed first. 2. Thorough prep (scrap, sand, wood fill, sand, caulk, then caulk, then let it dry. 3. Set up ladders and laid down tarps 4. Meticulous painting to make the finish to "look as good as new". 5. Complete clean up. Big job, but they knocked it out in 3 consecutive days. Thank you Dan Anderson! So, if you house hasn't been painted in ten years, or is new and more than 3 ears old, I suggest you call 513-200-0300 and ask Dan for a quote! Don't waste a lot of time of contacting "so called painters" and "waiting" to get a quote. Just call Dan.... Respectfully submitted. Ed & Karen C Lexington Run Batavia Township"
