"Bob was outstanding. Day one he completely demolished the old chimney and removed all of the bricks and wrapped up the existing chimney flu. He returned the next day and was wrapping things up when I returned home from work. The results look perfect. So much, that a neighbor asked me for his name because he said I have the best chimney on the block now. His price was very fair from other companies, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. "The salesman was very nice. I didn't think their product was the best or was right. The salesman himself was very professional and nice. They were trying to push the inside waterproofing where they cut up the concrete inside and put the strings inside. Then, they put the plastic on the walls and basically redirect the water coming through the walls with a pipe. The  self-pump pumps it out the sewer. The whole idea made utterly no sense to me that they didn't stop the water coming through the wall. They quoted me for $9000. My house is roughly about 25 feet by 25 feet. They were responsive. They came out right away and gave me a quote."
