"I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done. They even helped us get our roof replaced after a wind storm had caused damage -- they took the time to deal with our insurance and get it covered for us. Shelly, in the office took the time to stay in contact with me and was always so friendly. The waterproofing they did needed to happen in multiple locations on our property, the crew worked like a well oiled machine & got it done. Not only do I know it works after a storm came through, we are thrilled with the look & quality. They also reinforced a wall in our garage that had been compromised due to the water issues. This wall is not going anywhere now! The crew has cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis leaving the work area as clean as they found it that morning. The crew was the same group of guys each day & they worked well together & stayed on task.
