The exterior of my house was in terrible shape. Paint has been literally falling and peeling off of it for about 4 years. I made a promise to myself that I was going to hire a professional painter to do the job right because I had been burned 4 yrs ago by a **friend of the family** who **painted** my house without any prepping and the paint literally starting peeling and bubbling off the house the following summer. Joe and his crew got busy scrapping the peeling paint, caulking gaps in seams and along the outside trimming on my windows and doors. He had so many rainy days to get past, but he updated me all the time of his plans and expectations with the weather. He and his crew were here like clockwork each day and started work promptly at 8am. He advised me on everything about his process and materials. He was very confident and optimistic about the outcome of this job. He let me know that my neighbors would love it as well as myself and that it was going to be the best looking paint job on the block! He is right! The focus on details around my old rotting window frames and other areas on the house have been eliminated. He replaced trim on my worse window, caulked it and painted it. It looks so good I cannot tell which piece was bad at all. I planned on replacing the window immediately (and I will be) but when he replaced the wood trim, that has given me time to get a better deal for the replacement windows. I am no longer embarrassed about the exterior of my home and I will no longer tell new visitors **the one with the peeling paint**. I recommend him highly! His crew cleaned up all of the paint pieces they scrapped off with a shop vac, no chips! Every evening when done all of their tools and other needs for the job were placed in my garage. There was never anything left that created any obstacles at all. I also got a bonus when he added a doorknob and lock to my unusable service door to my garage, with keys! I also purchased a new light for my side door to replace the old one so that it would not ruin my new and beautiful paint job! Joe installed the new light as well. I will be hiring him again for some interior work for my house soon. I wish I could attach the pictures to this review. HE IS AWESOME!

Joe wlll always keep you up to date, step by step through the whole job. He's very detail oriented, any questions I had were answered. The focus on maintaining a clean work area was very pleasing. He was very mindful of taking precautions to ensure the safety of my family and I during this pandemic, and I could not have been happier with the end result as it was done sooner than expected, and looked exactly how I envisioned it.

I hired this company to power wash my house and paint the siding and trim. The work performed was excellent with great attention to detail. My house is ~150 years old and when they were finished it looks like new. The crew was polite and professional and cleaned up and put the area back together. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Five stars all around! My wood exterior home was in desperate need of paint and repair. Joe saw the potential in my old home that I saw, without telling me I had to side it or replace things that I wanted to keep original. These guys are top notch. Showed up everyday at the same time and worked all day. Clean! Excellent communication! Friendly and professional! Did not cut corners. I would be proud to act as a reference for them. This was a huge job and an excellent experience for me. Will definitely be calling them for my next home repair job!

I hired Joe and his very small, talented team for a full exterior house painting job, and kept hiring him to do more and more work as I rehabbed my house for sale because his work is just that excellent! He's reliable, high-quality, personable, honest, well-priced and pays attention to all of the details. I'd hire him again in a second and cannot recommend him strongly enough! When I called a former customer of his for a reference -- before I hired him the first time -- the lady actually told me that she would've been ready to give Joe her first born. I laughed, thought she was being over the top. But I did hire him after hearing that. He did a fabulous job painting the outside of my house. Then, he did work for me on jobs that spanned several months and I totally get why she said it. Hire him!!

Joe was very knowledgeable about the job and offered suggestions. He was courteous and always on time. We have a very large room that had cracks in the ceiling. Not only did he do a wonderful job of cleaning off the ceiling and adding more drywall but we also asked him to paint our paneling. When he was done, the room looked terrific. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing work done in their home.

Joe is a great guy! He was always very accommodating and professional. We did have a problem with the paint bubbling up here and there, after he initially did the job, but he came back and fixed everything. I can't say enough good about Joe! If you need painting done, he's the guy to do it!

I hired Joe to paint my foyer due to the tall ceiling. Also to put up a large chandelier. All I can say is my foyer looks like a million bucks. The workman ship that Joe and his son Joe put into the work is amazing. Joe returned every call, came to the house on time and even cleaned up even the smallest spot of sanding dust. The price was very reasonable to work well into the budget. So kind and polite. I already have things lined up for the spring, and have given his info to a friend at work. I cant say enough about how beautiful the foyer is. I have everyone come to the front door so I can show it off!

Outstanding! This is the best contractor we have ever hired. He is absolutely reliable, calls back promptly and shows up as scheduled. His time estimate was spot on and the work was excellent. They took great care to minimize the mess and clean up when they were done. Joe is easy to work with and provided some valuable suggestion on how to proceed. I have hired Joe Fodor and crew several times for inside and outside projects, He was recommended to me by a neighbor who was very pleased with his service. He is easy to collaborate with. Professional and reliable from start to finish of all projects. He made an ER visit last winter to tarp a dormer roof that blew off my house. Water was leaking into my bedroom through a ceiling fan. He was working nearby and came to help out. Now I save my projects for when he is available. I can highly recommend this knowledgeable, caring professional and his crew.

We hired Joe Fodor construction to repair ceiling drywall from a leaky roof - there was a lot of damage throughout the house. Joe and his son did an outstanding job. They came when they said they were coming, were very pleasant to have around when working, did an excellent job on the drywall repair and were extremely neat, leaving everything neat and clean at the end of each day. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had. I fully recommend Joe Fodor construction and will definitely hire them for other jobs in the future myself.

Very particular,quality was fabulous, very personable, He and his workers do an excellent job. He painted house in 2017 and we hired him again. He did a lot of interior work all excellent work. At end of each day he cleaned everything up. Very neat and clean. Did a Great job. Highly recommend.
