"Denny arrived on schedule and did an expert job of installing the water filter system and replacing the kitchen faucet unit. At my request, he checked out the faucets in both bathrooms and the house water shut off valve in the basement. I was extremely impressed by Denny's knowledge, strength, flexibility, and patience. I would call EMS again, definitely."

"Highlander Waterproofing of WNY was hired to install two sump pumps in my crawl space. Giulio was very responsive and provided the most reasonable solution to my water problems. He didn't recommend an entire "system" like others did. House is in Lakeville next to Conesus Lake and the water run-off and water table is high especially at this time of year. The space they worked in was extremely tight but the men did an outstanding job navigating the limited space. Two sump pumps were needed to capture pooling water in the uneven grade. The men also dug a trench 70'-80' to lay drain tiles. Lastly they installed a high-grade vapor barrier on the dirt floor to minimize moisture. They were able to accomplish all of this in a day. They cleaned up very nicely, were extremely polite and provided an excellent experience. I am confident the water issue has been remedied in the crawl space. I intend to hire them again in the Summer to repair and waterproof the outside foundation walls. Excellent workmanship."

"my garage had a major flooding issue, they installed French drains around the perimeter and tied the line into a existing well i have on my property, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. "I hired Zach to install a french drain, to plant some trees, and to install a rock bed at the edge of my property. Zach and crew were very timely and pleasant, and the price was right. But after completion i noticed some minor property damage, and some minor issues with the quality of work and cleanup. I'm a reasonable guy and sent Zach a text letting him know my thoughts, hoping to have a direct convo about it. However, I have not heard back from him at all. Hate to not leave 5 stars, but a little extra customer service would have gone a long way here. Here is that text: Hey Zach, just completed the final invoice. Apologies it took me a few days, we were camping with no cell service until yesterday. I wanted to let you know since i believe in constructive feedback, I'm not happy with some of the work done. My fence post was ran into and dented. I'll try to use a crowbar to repair but if that does not work i'll have to order a replacement & install. A bunch of the trees are planted at a pretty strong 30 degree angle instead of being upright. I'll straighten these out. There are still lots of big rocks in the lawn where the rock pile was. I'll take 30 minutes to clean it up. I know it rained heavily after the fresh soil / seed was planted, but some straw would have gone a long way to keep it in place. I'll have to re rake and seed and straw everything. Some of these are small things, but they leave a bad impression, and I wish your team would have just been upfront with me about the bent fence post."
