He communicated any changes in scheduling and upon completion immediately ask that we look at the work and make sure it was completed as agreed. When there was a set of stumps missed due to a miscommunication, he immediately sent a team out to get them removed. Contractors today are not always focused on customer satisfaction or on integrity - Cody was. All work was completed as planned and on schedule."
