Great customer service! I recommended them to my neighbor after they did work for me last year. I called them again this year to remove a tree and they will be back to trim trees next year.

Amazing! He is now my go-to guy for anything tree related. I also plan to hire him for spring time landscaping work. He encountered sleeping racoons in tree requiring cabling. He did a work-around requiring coming back in a few days to see if they were gone so he could finish project. Raccoons had left and all is good. I give him 5***

The job went well. The crew arrived on time and ready to work after a brief introduction of the crew and review of the services to be performed. The crew was efficient and removed all debris. I would definitely recommend them and hire them for another project.

FINE. THEY FORGOT TO CUT DOWN ONE TREE BRANCH WHICH WAS HANGING FROM THE TREE, WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID TO HAVE CUT DOWN. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF IT.

Johnathan & his crew did a good job removing the maple tree, on sat. they were to return on Monday, to remove limbs around power lines. they DID NOT nor did they call. they DID NOT show up on tue. I called on tue eve, they did not come out on wed, because I would not be at home, said they would be there on thurs. they DID NOT. finally someone came on Friday, & FINISHED THE JOB. I did not like the way they gave me the runaround. very unprofessional!!

Hired this company Wednesday morning to take down a tree, grind the stump and remove the wood. They said they should have it done by the end of the day. They dropped the tree and left for the day saying that would be back first thing Thursday morning to clean everything up. Came back at 11 on Thursday removed the brush and some of the wood telling my son they would be back Friday to get the rest of it. I called Thursday night with concerns about the work they were doing at my house. A large amount of wood was still sitting out by the street and a huge mulch pile that was left in the backyard. Someone came back out later that night removed the wood next to the street and most of the mulch pile. I went out Friday morning and cleaned up the rest of the mulch pile discovering that a lot of the stump was still there. Now I have had to hire somebody else to come out and clean up what was left. I was not pleased with my experience with this company. I feel that I paid for work that was not completed and the work that was completed was not completed in a timely manner.

"Im sorry you feel you had a bad experience. We try to be as clear upfront as possible It was explained prior to start that if we could not complete day one you didnt pay til it was. Also the stump removal was also explained we couldnt get to close to patio as to do damage the concrete. With the removal of the stump if there is any high spot we explained that once the chips were removed to call us and we would be more than happy to come back free of charge and regrind any high spots. With the stump mulch being left was part of the contract and is clearly stated as such. Again I am sorry you feel you had bad experience. I would be happy to return anytime to regrind any high spot in the stump. We appreciate your buisness. Thank You"

Excellent!!! Very pleased with the whole procedure from start to finish. Came out and walked around with me and listened to what I wanted done and told me what they recommended. Very professional! The crew was very friendly. Clean up was a team effort. There wasn't a leaf left anywhere when they finished. They raked and swept. Can't say enough about this company. The tree looks so good. The Memorial Day tornado in Beavercreek left us with quite a mess -- part of which involved our 35+ year old tree on top of our vehicles (which were parked in the driveway). DeLong Forestry was able to come out almost immediately and begin work on removing the tree so we could start with damage control and returning to a sense of normalcy. The crew was professional, friendly, supportive and helpful. They ultimately assisted with the full removal of two large full-canopy trees, two large pine trees, and trimmed the damage from a full-sized crack willow that escaped the brunt of the tornado's wrath. In addition, they ground the stumps and removed the wood and refuse. I would 100% hire them again. Thank you Jeremiah and crew.

Ryan,a gentleman and crew leader was the sole person I dealt with. He was timely,professional,and honest.Most of the work was done on his suggestion,and turned out the way I wanted.the yard was all cleaned up before they left. he has done work for me three times,and I would strongly recommend them to any body that needs this type work done.

DeLong’s crew came prepared and ready to work. They got lots done in two hours. Quick and good. I found them to be honest, clean cut and on time. They cleaned left the yard area spick and span. Ryan gave me good advice. I’m glad he recommended cutting down some of my smaller trees so that my larger trees stand out better. My yard still has the parklike setting that I love, but with a cleaner look. They trimmed off dead branches, even the ones that were halfway up to the top of my tallest trees, without trouble. I’m not the only one who can tell the difference, I’ve heard others complement about how sharp my backyard is looking. We get stuff in the mail almost every week from landscape companies, some with low ball rates that look too good to be true. But I figure why would take a chance with your yard? If it gets messed up, then you’re stuck. DeLong’s have been in business for many years. I feel they gave me my money’s worth and then some. Jeremiah and his team completed extensive trimming and some tree removal. He explained clearly what needed to be done and why. Moreover, all work was done exactly as provided in the estimate (even more than was included \in the work order). Clean-up was superb - my yard was cleaned of all debris - even some that was on the ground prior to their work. I was highly impressed and would definitely hire this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree or landscaping work.
