They even attended a tricky permitting hearing to ensure our county zoning board had all of the facts to approve our build. The result has been nothing short of stunning, picturesque, and worthy of an award. "The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"Dealing with Colin was a major issue. Many of the boards used are cracked or split. During the placement of decking boards many are cut and spliced together when.could used a full board. Many of the cuts around poles are poorly completed. It took three times to finally pass inspection. I wouldn't recommend Colin nor better built for decking. Just look at few photos provided. Have many texts that shows the unprofessionalism of the company. Just very disappointed with the quality and the price but mostly the inconveniences."
