"I chose a bathroom remodeler for my tub-to-shower conversion over a 'shower only installer' because they focus on the entire bathroom. It was a very positive experience. The salesmen's presentation was thorough. It did not feel pressured to me. They brought product swatches and 8x11 photos of their work. I shared my vision with them and they gave me estimates for several designs which allowed me to negotiate a beautiful floorplan and choose the products I wanted at a price that was comparable to other companies. I chose ImproveIt because of their lifetime warranty. The installer was pleasant and on time, called when he was not going to arrive at the time promised, worked steadily, kept the area neat & tidy, and allowed me to inspect his work and ask questions as he worked. I am so pleased with my new bathroom!"
