They are the only J-16 Sealer dealer in this area, which they said is the highest grade of material offered in my findings. They were able to send out a handsome young gentleman to give me a free estimate, which ended up being the exact price! From start to finish, they exemplified an extremely high grade of professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail, and overall friendly attitude, and were able to work around my schedule (as we had just gone on vacation!). He suggested that since it was a relatively new driveway, it would need 2 coats because the first one would "soak right in", and that he'd put some sort of rubberized coating on in, to help seal it. He arrived on the day agreed upon. He had a piece of equipment that he couldn't get out of his truck by himself. He actually went to my neighbor's house and asked him to come out and help get the equipment out! (which my neighbor was gracious enough to do). He used 7 buckets of sealer, got it on my garage, left globs of it on the edges of my driveway and then asked if he could leave his equipment at my house because he was going into a bad part of town and was afraid it would get stolen. Because I wanted it done quickly, I violated my own rule of always getting multiple written estimates....shame on me

"Very prompt and gave detailed information about work that was going to be performed. A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly.
