Started in the winter which isn't the optimum time for exterior work. Usually only his brother on the job as the owner, prior to his bankruptcy, was getting his CDL. He collected his $30,000 and was never heard from again. After her death I was trying to settle her estate and called to complain about the leaky roof and other defects. The owner said that he did what was expected?? And that if I tried to sue him it didn't matter because he was declaring bankruptcy and his wife had left him.  Offered no assistance or cared, especially since the owner had recently passed.
We will now have to replace the interior ceilings and porch supports have rotted a few years ago. The entire porch is at risk of failing. He is now back in business?

MR. BREITIGAM HAS REPAIRED MY ROOF, REMODELED MY BATHROOM, FIXED LEAKY FAUCETS, AND INSTALLED NEW COUNTERTOPS AND CABINETS. I DO KNOW THAT HE HAS HANDELED PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND A ROOM ADDITION, AS WELL AS A PORCH ADDITION.

FRom initial contact to finish- the entire project was professional, timely and thorough. Any last minute changes we wnated John was patient and really good about answering questions and presenting excellent solutions to someof our design challenges. There were no surprise costs- everything was discussed and agred to before starting the project. We LOVE the results!
