Once the job was accepted Vern scheduled according to my needs and went over the job in detail. His partner Matt did the flooring and backsplash and Vern did the plumbing and electrical. They did an outstanding job. They even taught me how to best paint the cabinets. They were prompt, very clear on the plans of what they would do and when, and very polite and respectful.
