The ceiling fan has a remote and the fan portion had stopped working. Turns out the receiver that pairs with the remote in the fan canopy was wired incorrectly when installed. He fixed this and didn't charge me for the work. They were very professional and I'm very happy with the outcomes. I would definitely have them do work for me again."
