"Our central vacuum system had lost suction and was no longer effective. Ken, the owner of Vacuum Concepts did our repair. He was prompt, neat & clean, polite, and competent. He identified our problem, explained it well, and completely repaired it in one visit. We think we were charged a fair and competitive price for his service.
