AAA Standard Services Inc. is a family owned & operated company that is based out of the Toledo, Ohio area since 1964 which services both residential and commercial customers in the need of detailed and or specialized cleaning services. AAA hires it's own Employees that are both background checked & in compliance with substance abuse policies. NOTE: AAA DOES NOT hire it's Employees from temporary agencies. AAA also trains and certifies it's Employees through the IICRC/Cleantrust group to ensure that our Employees have the latest cleaning knowledge, practices and technology available to better serve our Customers. AAA provides all of our Employees with uniforms & company lettered vehicle to ensure that you can recognize them as they come onto on your property and working in your home or business. AAA's Employees use the upmost care & concern when working within your home or business to ensure Customer satisfaction, as this is our primary goal! 1Hr response for all Emergency Services.

"We hired AAA to clean up after a fire we had. I think others need to be aware of their practices. They give the key code to everyone on the job. Those people in turn give the code to their friends. People were coming in and out of our house freely. While we where in a hotel while they "cleaned". Workers and sometimes their friends were coming in and out of our house at all hours. They also would hide "merchandise" around the back of the house and by the dumpster and come in late at night and pick up the stuff. Sometimes they "work" unsupervised. I would come home in the middle of the day and people would be in the master bedroom just looking at stuff. Or while most people would leave for lunch, they would stay behind and just go through everything. I came home one day for lunch and there were 2 guys there while everyone else was out to lunch. I would ask what happened to different things and they would look at each other and shrug there shoulders suggesting "I don't know". While we thought things were going out to be cleaned they where not. They were taken. We only found out about it after going through the boxes once they were returned. AAA knew about the initial theft and yet told no one. Deciding instead to keep it to themselves so they would get paid. Had we known of the first initial incident, we would have moved back in right away to save our stuff. Instead the initial theft of a stereo led to many more items being taken. Because the employee was mad because he had been caught taking a stereo. He came back that night and wiped out half of our basement. Then came back on a Saturday and took everything else. We have lost many precious family heirlooms that will never be recovered. Our valuables are now all over the city of Toledo. Lost forever. We hired a company to clean after the "cleaning" was complete and they would show me buckets of black water. Showing they really didn't do a good job cleaning. They also hire employees from a third party, like Manpower. You could have convicted felons working in your house with an all access pass to everything you own. Get the name of everyone who is working on your home. A quick google search of there name will show that they have a criminal record or not. Have an extra lock on your door that cannot be opened with the key that they have access to. When they are finished, CHANGE YOUR LOCKS! If at all possible, stay in your residence while the work is being done. Don't fall victim to this scam like we did. Watch everyone all the time, even if they seem nice BEWARE!"

Honorable Home Repairs, Inc. has been serving customers in the Fort Wayne area since 2005. I have been in the home repair business over 35 years. We value honesty, integrity and pride ourselves in prompt customer service. We are family owned and operated. It is our pleasure to serve you! Dennis Hughes, Owner

"Dennis Hughes is NOT a licensed contractor in Allen County. We could never get him to show proof of insurance or bonding. I hope that this review will prevent someone from hiring this company. We hired him to redo a patio roof. The flashing around the utilities pipe was improperly done. The roofing was installed backwards and lacked the proper amount of nails. It was not connected to the house properly. The gutter was installed so that it was useless and prevented windows from opening. We tried to get him to correct the work but he always had some excuse for not doing the work. He was rude and combative and refused to bring his paperwork to prove he was licensed and insured. He yelled at me and my brother as we tried to help my mother resolve this issue. We finally had to hire someone else to completely redo it. I wish that the address for this work would not be revealed to Dennis."

Canton Cut Stone has been proudly serving Ohio area for 94 years. During that time, builders, designers and homeowners have come to depend on Canton Cut Stone to fulfill their Marble & Granite needs. Additional emails - [email protected] , [email protected],

"I know my review is long, but PLEASE READ IT! This is the place you should go for ANYTHING kitchen or bath related. I had nothing but an amazing experience from beginning to finish. The amount of options they had for both quartz and granite was amazing compared to the dozens of other places we looked. Their showroom is huge! Mary worked with my husband and I in the salesroom and was so kind and patient. I came in on a Saturday to look and she sent me a quote the immediate Monday. When we came in to sign the contract we had a few questions about the installing that she didn't know the answer to, so instead of leaving us with unanswered questions, she reached out to the installers and had an email answer to us within a day. From the date of signing the contract, our countertops were installed within 3 weeks. At other places we were quoted 2 plus months if not longer. She followed up multiple times throughout the entire process to make sure everything was running smoothly. Even the immediate day after install she reached out to ensure everything was perfect. She even helped us submit a change of order request when we added more backsplash than originally ordered. The installers were more than wonderful the day of. We have an accent brick wall and they needed to remove some of the brick in order to shift our countertop down slightly, so that our stove would fit in place. They removed about 2 rows, and on the corner I was worried about seeing part of the wall underneath and it looking odd with removing a whole brick. So, the installers went the extra mile to cut/chisel my brick ever so slightly into an "L" shape (See photo) that way the countertop slid right into that area without removing the entire brick. They didn't have to do that, and I know it would have been so much easier to just remove the entire brick, but they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They were out cutting in the rain, and were at my house for about 4 hours because of the brick. They were extremely friendly the entire time and cleaned up after the job. You would have never even known they were there. I was extremely worried about this job, but from start to finish everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!!"

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

While every professional home cleaner will have their own preference, most will use a commercial floor cleaner specifically manufactured for laminate floors. They will also use a vacuum or microfiber cloth to remove loose grit before breaking out the mop. Some cleaners will also make a final pass with a dry and clean cloth to dry your laminate floors for a smooth shine.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

You can mop bamboo floors, but exercise caution to protect the material from excess moisture, which can seep into the bamboo, causing it to warp and well. Moisten a microfiber mop and wring it out until it’s just damp, or use a pH-neutral cleaner, as this will prevent damage to the bamboo fibers. Avoid harsh chemicals, like traditional floor cleaners. After cleaning, wipe the floor dry.

After carpet removal, prepare for new flooring by assessing the subfloor. You will want to address any imperfections to create a smooth and level base for installation. Remember, proper subfloor preparation is crucial for optimal new flooring results. Consider repairing and replacing damaged areas for a stable foundation. For both wood and concrete subfloors, consider sanding to remove any debris or adhesives remaining thoroughly.

Suggesting regular dusting and spot cleaning to maintain freshness.
