"I had a leak in the tub and it was showing a water spot on the ceiling. Beltway came found the problem with a small camera and told us exactly what the problem was. With that there was no need to go anywhere else. I had them finish the job because it was for a great price. That was it, no more leaky tub. The guys that came to do the job were very nice and funny even. I would recommend Beltway for anyone looking for a great plumber to do a great job."

Dear potential client, Your request on Angi can cost my company up to $300 even if you don't pick us for your project. Angi leads has a great concept. They went wrong by charging too much money to multiple companies for the same leads, and then those companies, after paying for the information about your project, have to compete to get your project. With that being said, we do not respond to all requests from Angi. If you want an estimate from our company, you must reach us directly at 614-532-9922 or email us at [email protected] to receive your free estimate. At our company, we value reliability, effective communication, integrity, and delivering high-quality work. We specialize in finishing basements, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and much more. I love our customers and strive to provide great service.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I hired ABL to help me finish several little home projects (re hang doors/ replace switch/plug). I've found they have called and shown up as promised and scheduling is flexible. The employee who completed the work was helpful and offered good advice about my next project. I've already scheduled them to come back to put in all my interior doors. I appreciated that they were dog friendly too. I recommend ABL Contracting."

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.

A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.

Most people will opt to put their home sauna outside near a pool or on a screened-in porch so the heat doesn’t move into the rest of the house. If your house has enough room, you may choose to put it in a bathroom so you can shower right after.

It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. If you’re doing a custom build, it can take more than 50 hours—especially if you need to add ventilation, ductwork, and other renovations.

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.
