First of all my landlord hired this company. 1st time the owner was supposed to be out I waited over two hours before contacting him, he declined my call and text me that he had no idea who I was…had to reschedule. 2nd appt they were over two hours late. Afterwards, They had to come back to fix the door lock the next day. I’m now waiting for someone to come back out a third time because of rain pouring inside my kitchen on Friday. Called first thing Saturday to report it and was told there’d be here first thing Monday. It’s Monday and now I’m being told it will be the first topic of conversation this morning…I have stressed SEVERAL TIMES to this company how valuable MY TIME is but it doesn’t seem to matter. I was expecting them to be here to make wrong right because this is unacceptable. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule multiple times…I just don’t feel like I’m a priority nor that my time is considered valuable despite my ft time and the multiple things I juggle Day to day.
