Frank Miller was the first contractor to contact me and he and his technician came out and fixed our broken roof tiles within a day. They will definitely be our roof contractor going forward. Highly recommend!

I found Larry to be a polite person, but I would not use him again due to the break in communication, which is essential for someone like me. I asked for certain things to be done prior to doing the shingle repair and I asked if he took credit card. He said yes, and I verified once more that he did, but then after the work was complete he tried to steer me for cash/check payment to save himself a transaction fee. I asked if an area of concern was addressed, he said he would inspect it and take the payment same time. I am still waiting for him to respond to my text asking to set up a date. I also felt the workers should have checked with me after the work was done before just taking off. I do not feel a simple shingle repair was worth what I paid but glad it was done same day. Those guys were done less than an hour. * Update * I reached out via email this time, Larry responded and came out to address my concern the same day, and assured me if I have any issues, I can contact him. Larry is a very mannerable person to deal with. Great customer service goes a long way.
