"Rich painted the exterior of house, installed floating tile floors and painted trim in kitchen and dining room area, repaired shed roof etc. He is very efficient, professional, easy to work with and goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with your project. As a handyman he is definitely a keeper! PS. His prices were fair and reasonable!!"

"Don replaced our old concrete stoop with a custom built deck and cannot recommend Don and his guys enough! We received a few quotes and he was reasonably priced right in the middle. We were so impressed by his work ethic and his attention to detail. He treated our house like it was his own. He was incredibly kind and his communication was top-notch as he made sure we were happy with every decision as the deck was being built. He will be our our go-to for all our projects on our list moving forward."

If the bowing basement wall is less than 2 inches, steel or carbon fiber straps are the best solution. For bowing that is more than 2 inches, wall anchors are the most effective. A contractor can help you decide the best method of repair for your home's foundation and also address the root cause of the trouble.

The average cost of DIY window framing is about $40 to $60 in materials. If you hire a window treatment professional, you’ll pay for materials plus labor costs—anywhere from $250 to $800 per window. The final cost is highly dependent on the window size, as larger windows are heavier and more difficult to install, as well as the type of window framing material.

Metal stud framing parts include the studs themselves, upper and lower tracks that act as top and bottom wall plates, various angle fasteners and clips, screws for fastening pieces togeher, metal straps, c-channel supports, and thicker steel supporting structures. Roof framing metal components include pre-fabricated trusses, heavy-gauge stud pieces, and various plates and fasteners.

Accurate measurements, sturdy materials, and seamless integration with other structures.

Professionals ensure precise alignment and durability, critical for structural integrity.
