"Terrific. Josh called in advance to let me know that he was enroute and arrived right on time, prepared to get to work. He explained the process to me clearly and had the job completed within two hours of arrival. This was our first HVAC duct cleaning since we bought the home 30 years ago, and apparently it was well overdue. Josh was very professional and cleaned up everything prior to packing up his gear, leaving the house in good order."

"This company is fantastic. I had a mess in a home we bought to rehab. These folks cleaned the ducts, but saved me $4,000+ dollars on various things they found that were serious issues, that were not related to the ducts. Even found a place where a previous installer for my water heater set me up for a fire. These folks are fantastic. $700 cleaning, $3300 saved!!!!"

"Great !! Very professional and gave helpful hints to help keep my dryer clean"

"Excellent work! First we hired him to deep clean carpet and did a great job. He also power washed windows and exterior of the house. Came on time and did his work deligently. Very professional. I am very pleased with the job done. Just amazing."

"Very professional and worked with my busy schedule. Tim did all the little extras I added like clean my mirrors and the inside of the glass. I couldnâ  t be happier with the job."

I think it is a co-op service providers to provide emergency service. They have set prices for everything.

$89 for diagnostic fee (even though we told him the model number and what was wrong) we were paying for someone to bring the part that was not available at the hardware store.

$156 for the repair, replace, and repair fee. He took the old one out and put the new one in. Nothing extra. Nothing more.

I would call them again for emergency service but check around if I had time. They returned our call within an hour and set an appointment time the next day (our preference).
