He explained the process to me clearly and had the job completed within two hours of arrival. This was our first HVAC duct cleaning since we bought the home 30 years ago, and apparently it was well overdue. Josh was very professional and cleaned up everything prior to packing up his gear, leaving the house in good order."

"I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. It smells so much better they put a sanitizer which also keeps mold, mildew down you would want to have clean air in your home."

I think it is a co-op service providers to provide emergency service. They have set prices for everything.

$89 for diagnostic fee (even though we told him the model number and what was wrong) we were paying for someone to bring the part that was not available at the hardware store.

$156 for the repair, replace, and repair fee. He took the old one out and put the new one in. Nothing extra. Nothing more.

I would call them again for emergency service but check around if I had time. They returned our call within an hour and set an appointment time the next day (our preference).

They were done quickly and included the price of it in the earlier bill. Thanks Dan. Already scheduled them for a chimney cleaning for next year. Hired Hatton Brick & Chimney Masonry Services to sweep and inspect my chimney. He quoted a reasonable price, a lot better than several others. After inspection I decided that we would install a liner and new wood stove. I was already leaning this way since I've been told by several the fireplace was not built correctly. We had more smoke inside the house than out. Dan and crew came in and in one day installed a great looking wood stove insert, chimney liner and the price was excellent. Professional, cleaned up fixed several brick issues on chimney. Great job."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
