"First off...when Jacob came out to do the estimate..he was very nice...I was contacted by him 7 days ago...on September 19 th...I had a call from them saying they needed more information which I gave...then nothing until this morning...when I was informed that he no longer worked there..I can't afford to keep paying 90.00...for an estimate..then nothing....can you please help me with someone who can come out and is honest? "TJ completed the following projects at my home: - bathroom remodel to include new vinyl plank floor, removal of tub, installation of walk-in shower and new vanity, install of exhaust fan, and painting - half bath expansion by removing closet and installation of a stand up shower (requiring cutting concrete floor for plumbing), unique tile design install, moving electrical, vinyl plank flooring install, and painting - interior and exterior door installs - expansion of utility room to include moving a wall and plumbing for washer/dryer, building out of another wall, install of plank flooring, and painting TJ is an excellent craftsman and he produced top notch work on all aspects of my projects. TJ was always timely and completed the various stages of the project within our agreed upon budget. He was very diligent while handling all the unforseen issues and last minute changes suggested by my wife with extreme professionalism. I trust TJ and I have recommended his work to friends and family."

"I woke up Friday morning to no hot water at my home. I was given Aaron?s info later that morning from my cousin and called him around 3pm on my lunch hr. He met me at my house by 8pm THAT NIGHT to replace heating elements & thermostats in both of my water heaters. We weren?t sure this would work or if I would need to replace the units (having well water wreaks havoc on appliances over time) but he offered ?the cheaper fix? instead of just pushing new units which I appreciated. The repairs he performed got both units working properly but when we turned the water back on to the house, a leak had sprung at the main shutoff valve that had been damaged from years of exposure to the harsh well water. He immediately said ?well, looks like I?m not leaving?. He then proceeded without hesitation to replace the main valve that controls the water into my home. Had he not done that we wouldn?t have had ANY water for the night. He did awesome work and responded quickly to my immediate need!!!!!! "
