MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "As a retired widow, Advanced treated me like a good son treats his Mother. Other companies have tried to take advantage of me but Marty was professional and treated my home as if it was his own. I had a 3rd crack that had minimal water during heavy rains and a floor drain was next to it. Another company tried to sell me everything they could but Advanced stated if you could live with a little bit of seepage from the crack, the floor drain will take of it. I was happy to save the $. "Everything went smoothly from the estimate of work we received  from Jerry to solve our problem right down to the crew that came to do the work. They arrived promptly and were very professional in their work. Sanders, the foreman, explained to us what work was being done and updated us as the work progressed putting in the drain tile, installing the weep hole cove protection and re-cementing the basement floor.  He was very professional in answering our questions about the work being performed. They were very cautious in covering up our things with plastic to protect against the "dust" when the concrete was removed to expose the floor for the drain tile and cleaned up very well when the work was completed - both in the basement and in the driveway.
