"We just had Marshall Carpet One install new floors for our entire first floor and part of our 2nd floor and our experience was great! We had both hard surface and carpet installed. They took the time to explain the difference between the various hard floor options. We selected samples to take home. After a few days of moving the samples from room to room, we selected samples that both my husband and I loved. We did have some questions about how best to manage some areas of our home. Marshall Carpet one had someone come to our home, listened to our concerns and provide us with options that best fit our lifestyle. Once the order was placed, Marshalls Carpet One scheduled both our installs (hard surface and carpet) in a timely manner that worked with our schedules. The installers Marshall Carpet sent to our home were a pleasure. They arrived on time, they were professional, and they did a great job. An unexpected challenge was discovered when our old kitchen floor was pulled up. The installer called the owner, and a resolution was quickly identified. It was clear Marshalls Carpet One was committed to making sure our install was flawless. "A process I dreaded turned out to be a good one thanks to the people at Adonis putting my concerns and vision first. I have 2 full bathrooms and wanted to remodel both. The main bathroom has 5 walls with non 90 degree angles. My house is on a slab and I needed drains moved in order to realize the design I wanted. They were willing to take on a job with challenges. I had problems in the main bath with ants and wanted all locations where pipes came in to be sealed. They worked out how to do this. I wanted these baths to look elegant and impressive. Adonis made all this happen. They always listened to my concerns and agreed with my choices. When glitches arose they were in my corner to work out the problems. They tightly scheduled the trades to minimize the time to complete the job."

Brian took measurements, got drawings from the city and was able to quickly provide some basic drawings of a couple designs for us based on our feedback. We made a few tweaks after the first draft, but we really liked one of the layouts he had, so he then created the full drawings so we could take to a contractor to get pricing. We priced out a few different architects, and BKW was by far the cheapest option and also having a great user rating. This is one case where going the cheaper route actually worked out. He was very quick and very responsive, would have a response by email in less than a day, normally within the next hour."
