From day one, they were super professional, easy to talk to, and really respectful of our home and time. At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us.
