We don't trust the handling of your expensive carpets and furnishings to inexperienced amateurs. Our technicians are highly trained professionals and experts. We comply with the standards of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning Certifications international standards for carpet cleaning S100. We also go above and beyond with our customer service standards to ensure your satisfaction and returning patronage. What we do: Physical soil removal through dry vacuuming - this is the most important step in the cleaning procedure. It removes small particulates of soil that can scratch and eventually ware down your carpet. We use highly effective equipment and make 4 cleaning passes to ensure we remove the most dry soil possible. Pre-Treat - a product is applied to the carpet and allowed time to emulsify the soil on the fibers. This helps expedite the actual cleaning process. Rotary Agitation - this action will ensure that the pre-conditioning agent is incorporated into all of the fibers of your carpeting. This will help get the most possible soil out of your carpet in the hot water extraction phase. Hot Water Extraction - this procedure removes the suspended soil from the carpet fibers. The use of agitation and heat remove the greatest amount of soil. Final Cleaning - this step is critical to our high standards of service. We vacuum and clean all baseboards around the perimeter of the service area to ensure a neat and clean finish to the job. Setting The Nap - this is done as the final procedure. It removes rotary swirls, wand marks, and aids in the long-term performance of your carpet. McIntosh's Pro Clean works closely with our clients to ensure that we meet and exceed all expectations. Quality service, workmanship, and promptness are as important to us as they are to you. We will call ahead to confirm our appointment and after the service has been provided we will follow up to insure that you are completely satisfied. We are also very conscientious of our environment and use environmentally safe agents in all phases of the cleaning process. Call for a free no obligation consolation.

"Paid for a repair. Victor came, claimed it was some sort of circuit board. They replaced it. The machine still didn’t work. I informed him as such. He ghosted us until I threaten to sue and leave reviews. This was his reply “I've been through this before and I can counter sue you for slander I don't know who you guys think you are but you did not want to mess with me either just do your best though”"

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Looking clean is only half the battle. A professionally cleaned carpet should feel soft and fluffy, i.e., not caked down with dirt or matted from excess cleaning product. It will not have any unpleasant odors, since carpet cleaners go deep enough to eliminate the most sunk-in smells. It should also be free of stains or discoloration from heavy foot traffic. Keep in mind that, in some cases, your cleaner may not be able to remove every stain.

Many professionals use high-powered steam cleaners (hot water extraction machines) to deep clean carpets. These machines inject hot water and cleaning solutions into the carpet fibers, extracting the dirt, allergens, and moisture with powerful suction. In addition to steam cleaning, pros may use specialized tools like rotary scrubbers and stain removers for tough spots, along with eco-friendly or commercial-grade cleaning products tailored to the carpet type.

Hydrogen peroxide can be an effective stain remover for outdoor rugs. However, it is not recommended to use for cleaning the entire surface of the rug as it is a very strong substance. If you’re battling tough stains on an outdoor rug, you can use hydrogen peroxide diluted with some water and dish soap to treat the stained area directly.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

Regular vacuuming, deep cleaning, and prompt stain removal help maintain appearance and durability.
