Showed up on time and very professional, Jeff our technician did an amazing job restoring our carpets to like new condition. We have used other local companies in the past, but none has been able to clean our carpets and a runner, like Steamex, came in the morning and carpets were almost completely dry by 8pm. Great company!

Carpet and rug look like new. Tech showed up on time, was polite and friendly. Carpet in the master and guest room cleaned as well as the dining room rug. Will be calling back for a cleaning before the holidays.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was awesome. He was a professional, he took his time and obviously cared a bout doing a great job. The carpets feel great and look great. I would only recommend that the person I called to schedule do a better job of asking questions about the house to better determine the estimate for services.

All the carpets looked great after cleaning. The person who completed the cleaning was thorough and really seemed to care about doing a good job. The price was reasonable as well.

This is the sixth time we have used this company to clean our carpets. The technicians that have come to our home are prompt, courteous and very pleasant. The carpets look great and dry within a couple of hours, which is a great plus for us. We will not hesitate to continue to use them. We are most pleased from the initial phone call to the time the job is completed. Excellent job on their part.

We have them once a year. They are always very reasonable with the price. You can really see and feel the difference after they have been through. They always have been on time. They have always been very good. They come in, put the little booties on and then they elevate the furniture and stuff until the carpet dries and they can put the furniture back.

They did a nice job, and were able to get out to stubborn spots.

They were great. I've had them twice this year. The guy is just great. He is just really good to work with. I had some spots on my carpet that I thought would never come up and they got the carpet clean even with those spots so I was delighted with that.

Glen showed up at the beginning of the given time window after giving me a 30-minute warning call. It was nice to not be kept waiting. He was very professional and very thorough. I have had other carpet cleaners go through my house in about 90 minutes, but Glen was more deliberate and took about 2.5 hours. The extra effort was evident in the results, especially the difficult stains that he was able to remove. He even spent a few extra minutes to clean an area rug for me at no extra charge. These guys are not the cheapest carpet cleaners out there, but they provided a level of service that goes along with the higher price. I would definitely hire this company again.

This is a company that takes pride in its work. Everyone I talked to and met was professional and friendly. They did what they said they'd do--called when they said they'd call, came when they said they'd come, and did exactly what I wanted. My carpets look bright, fresh and clean.
