One area was very stubborn and didn’t want to lift despite the heavy pressure from their foam. They worked patiently back and forth so as to minimize cracking from uneven pressure. It took considerable time but eventually they were able to achieve a good result. I was especially appreciative that they let me watch and learn about their process. They also resealed the gap between garage and driveway. When done you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Highly recommend SmartLevel. "

Concrete steps need concrete footings, which is a type of foundation. They are made of concrete with rebar reinforcement poured into a trench. The footings support the stairs, spread the vertical load, and prevent the steps from sinking. If your patio needs repairs, a paver patio will be easier and less costly to fix, even though it’s more expensive upfront. Plus, a paver patio won’t bump up your property taxes, while a concrete patio will.

On average, the cost to install a concrete driveway ranges from $4 to $15 per square foot, depending on the size of the driveway and the type of finish. This project price ranges from $2,340 to $7,500 (including removing existing concrete) but can go up to $10,000 or more.
