"Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! I had an existing patio that another contractor installed just a few years ago that was in need of repair because it was never done properly. Juan and his crew came in and basically rebuilt the entire patio from the ground up. He even added an outdoor kitchen area to make it even better. Juan and his team also did a great job of not tearing up the existing yard and landscaping with his machinery and equipment. In fact all of the excavation work was hand dug by shovel. We had a few delays because of the bad weather but that can be expected. My wife and I only regret is that we didn?t find NP Landscaping LLC sooner. So the bottom line is, If you are in need of a patio and you are looking for a contractor that does high quality work at a fair price then NP Landscaping LLC is what you are looking for. "The project was just completed, and we have had our final electrical and building inspections. We have no issues with the sales process and I only have high praise for the sales rep Bob Zielinski. We did have an issue of the price going up due to a change in the room configuration after signing the initial contract, but Bob handled it very well and to our satisfaction. We appreciate his efforts and the cooperation of management in coming to a reasonable compromise regarding the price increase. We experienced a very long delay due to the necessity to re-route the water main (water well) line which was broken when my concrete contractor was digging for footers. Once the footers were installed the final measurements were able to proceed. The materials were available in stock a bit earlier than anticipated and we able to easily schedule the installation. The installation and electrical crews were extremely professional and did excellent work. We were initially a bit disappointed in the insulation where the addition attaches to the house siding. While the work meets code and was approved by the city building inspector, we believed that there should be additional flashing and/or caulking along the entire line of attachment to the house. It seemed that there was a gap between the insulation and the end of the vertical beams, although they were fully attached and insulated. As soon as I brought this to the attention of the office, I immediately received a call back from the construction supervisor. He expressed a concern that any additional caulking would not match the structure or the house and therefore would not look good. They offered to send a crew out to evaluate what could be done. A crew showed up within an hour (the original construction team). They evaluated my concern and found a caulking material that exactly matched the siding on my house. Within an hour the caulking was applied, and the project has a better and more finished look. The construction and electrical work were completed on time, and my desires regarding the use of additional caulking were addressed in a most professional and satisfactory manner. We chose Patio Enclosures for this job because of the excellent work was done by their Stanek Windows division in installing a new custom patio door two years ago. Now the door leads into a wonderful new double pane glass, three season sunroom, with a solid sloping roof. The new structure matches the patio door exactly. We are very pleased with the work that was performed and the customer service that we received. I would only caution that if someone wants to get a job like this done properly, and with the highest-grade materials and workmanship, it will probably cost quite a bit more than they are planning to spend. In the end we believe the addition is worth the price and will add much value to the house as well as many enjoyable days and evenings using the room in the Spring, Summer, and Fall."

"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"We did the demo on our old two-tiered decking. Betterliving built a new upper deck from composite with aluminum railing. The lower deck was replaced with as 12X15 sunroom. The process from start to finish was a pleasure. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt. Price was better than anticipated, so we went with a 4-season sunroom instead of a 3-season. The worksite was safe, clean and orderly, and the quality of the build was excellent. They worked through some miserable cold weather too. Deck – Betterliving’s construction quality was a major improvement to what we previously had. Their suggestion to use two colors on the railing worked out great too - spindles are a different color that the rest of the railing. Sunroom - also very solid construction. It is insulated well, and also helps even out the temps in the family room it is attached to. The gable style not only looks nice, but makes the sun room look bigger. They built a small landing off of the sunroom entryway too. It is important to note that they installed the flooring and contracted the electrical. Flooring and electrical work were included as part of our quote with them. Not all of our quotes from other businesses included flooring and electrical work, and would have been an additional cost. Having everything included in the quote also meant we had one project, not several projects. Deck/sunroom/landing materials – decking and landing materials were the same composite materials. The sunroom skirting was also the same composite. This ties everything together visually, and improves the overall look. Electrical work – Knorr Electric completed all the electrical in the sunroom (interior and exterior outlets, exterior floodlight, and hung a ceiling fan). They also replaced all of our outside lighting on the entire house while they were here, and moved a bathroom light inside. They were also friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt. And quality work from them too. We will definitely contact Betterliving and Knorr again for any additional work we want done. They are highly recommended! Note that Betterliving in the Erie, PA area is connected to DBC Remodeling and Construction (same employees). DBC came highly recommended to us from a friend."

Our front porch was a hot mess and despite several attempts in the past to get a satisfactory outcome by just patching it up, it became clear that it needed to be completely replaced. William and his crew were professional, reliable and very easy to work with. We'll be hiring him again in the spring to do our driveway. I was happy not only with the overall service but also felt that the job was reasonably priced and the project was well executed. Just excellent all the way around."

"Tree removal is very expensive no matter who does it. The workers were good and prompt. The cleanup job was good The crew did leave stumps since the trees were uprooted.. This seems to be another job entirely and also very expensive. The team that came to the house were hard workers and pleasant. ."
