    To whom it may concern: In mid March of 2021 we had some nasty storms come through our area which did a considerable amount of damage to our home. I immediately remembered someone telling me about a company in Columbus Ohio that specialized in storm assessments. The company's name is Snyder's Unlimited LLC. So I contacted them immediately & much to my surprise someone was at my house the very next day. The workers name was Michael Peterson & he is very, very knowledgeable about filing homeowners claims with the customers. Michael was on the phone at least 4-5 times a day with my homeowners insurance agency to get an adjuster to our home Immediately. And to this day Michael continues to make sure that our homeowners insurance agency recognizes everything that we are entitled to for repairs. He's had 3 different adjusters come out because our agency was trying to do the minimal amount of repairs needed. Michael has worked very hard for us & I personally would like to acknowledge Michael Peterson for his honesty, integrity & never settling for less than what his customers deserve. I commend Snyder's Unlimited LLC. And, I will definitely be referring Michael to everyone that I know that has damage to their homes because of storms. All the guys were friendly and were able to answer my questions right away or got back with me quickly. They never left my worksite messy, and they showed up on time and stayed late to finish.     It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls
