"I hired Laban to build a set of upper and lower cabinets for a bar area, a bathroom vanity and a floor to ceiling linen/storage cabinet along with some floating shelves fitted between the upper cabinets in the bar area. He came to my house and I described what I was looking to do. He listened and took some notes. Not long after, he provided professional drawings of what the cabinets would look like with all dimensions of each piece. I was impressed with all of the details which reflected everything I had described exactly. I also went through Laban to pick out and order quartz countertops through one of the vendors he works with. When the cabinetry was completed, Laban and his crew came and completed the installation, which was detailed and precise. The next day the quartz contractor came and created a template for the countertops and scheduled a date for installing them. The craftsmanship of the maple cabinets is flawless and we are very happy with them. The stain, which is close to an ebony color is beautiful as well. I had told him exactly what door and drawer pulls I wanted and he sourced them for very reasonable price. I also don't think I could have gotten any better price or service on the quartz countertops by going elsewhere for them. The entire experience was excellent. Laban is very easy to work with and provides great customer service. I would definitely use him again for any future project."

"BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE AND NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THE END! I put a request on Angi to have a leak inspected and got a call from them the next day saying they could have someone out in 30 minutes. The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. "OK, Thank You!" was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"I stopped into their showroom and explained my issue (pilot light assembly) needed replaced. They were very helpful and scheduled an appointment. Shane arrived on time and confirmed the diagnosis that I had received from another local company. Chimney Care is upfront with their pricing (unlike their competition) and completed the work as expected. I highly recommend calling this company first and do not waste your time with others."

"I am disappointed with my finished product. Unfortunately, the designer that I initially worked with is no longer with the company. I begin trying to get a resolution in October 2024 and I finally received an e-mail in May 2025 regarding my design. I do not understand why it took so long for a reply but I guess better late than never. Bottom line, I am not happy with the finished product and I am even more unhappy with the customer service I received from this business."

"There are so many wonderful things to say about Greg Roger's, and I'm not his favorite cousin writing this review. I am a client who is so impressed with his craftsmanship, integrity, and work ethic. Greg has completed two large projects at my home, and I look forward to the day that he returns for another. We trust him to get the job done right. He is someone I don't have to watch over all of the time. I just know he strives for excellence in all he does. He is fair, and he has guys working for him that we also trust. He is also very personable. He takes an interest in knowing about the family, and he has a wonderful family himself. He's probably the best contractor we've ever had complete work for us. He really is head above the rest. We enjoy the beautiful, large front porch/gazebo he built on the front of our home, and we will enjoy the large decking which was added around the above ground pool, finished just this summer.
